first 2 hours $160
includes set-up, take down and original DVD
Standard Video Deposition Hourly Rate $65 per hour
thereafter, billed in quarter hour increments.
(includes DVD Master, and an additional 50% off of depositon encoding to an MPEG4 DVD master)
included 2 professional mics, tapes or encoding to CD
Add a Second Camera package for $50 per hour. A second camera can be used when you want one camera on the witness and the second camera on the attorney.

Post Production Editing Services
$125.00 per hour
Live Digital Video Mixer
$50 per hour
$200 for a day (6 - 8 hours)
Using a digital firewire video mixer we can mix 2 - 4 cameras live in the room and save it to our digital harddrive. This provides you with the highest level of two camera shot that can be mixed with a variety of impressive transitions. We can also give you a picture in picture view. This is a useful view and can be used in standard interviews or demonstrations with visual displays.

Cancellation / Appearance Fee
If cancellation of a confirmed, scheduled video deposition is made after 5 pm on the day before the scheduled deposition, a 2-hour minimum charge applies.
